At SterlingMitra, we take pride in offering finely crafted sterling silver jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the following terms:

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.

• Unboxing Video Required: A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory to validate return/exchange requests.

• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/engraved jewelry, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are issued within 8–15 working days via original payment method.

• Exchanges: Subject to product availability.
